Who we are
Calendair operates ScheduleForge / Calendair, a calendar subscription service for sports and event schedules.
Not affiliated with any league or broadcaster
ScheduleForge is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, the IOC, or any sports league, federation, team, or broadcaster. League and team names are used for informational and identification purposes only.
Your account and content
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service, scrape it at unreasonable rates, resell feeds without permission, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Paid plans
Paid tiers (Pro, Sicko Mode) are billed via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. Taxes may apply in your jurisdiction.
Schedule data accuracy
We ingest schedule information from third-party sources and make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee it. Always confirm material event details (kickoff time, venue, broadcast) with the official source before relying on them.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard or by contacting support.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator at its place of business. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless consumer-protection laws in your locale require otherwise.
