Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-04-17

This policy describes how Calendair ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use ScheduleForge / Calendair.

Information we collect

How we use it

Legal basis (GDPR / UK-GDPR)

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (opt-in for marketing / SMS), contract performance (delivering the feeds you request), and legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention).

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing support@calendair.co. You can revoke marketing consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every notification, or by replying STOP to any SMS.

Subprocessors

We use a small set of vendors to operate the service. Current subprocessors include SendGrid (email), Twilio (SMS), and Stripe (payments). Each has their own data processing terms.

Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. Inactive accounts and their personal data are deleted after 24 months of no activity. Delivery logs are retained for 18 months for compliance and abuse investigation.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for login session management. We do not use advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, you will see a consent banner and can opt out.

Children

ScheduleForge is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@calendair.co.
